My family and I were at Manito on Sunday and the gardens were spectacular!
Our favorite is Duncan Gardens. All of the flowers and plants are in full bloom and always stun us as we round the corner and take our first glance of Duncan in August. This year, Duncan seems to have a lot more red and orange than we remember from last year.
Our next favorite is the Rose Garden. Again, words fail as we walk along the stone pathes, drinking in the rich colors and fragrences. Our kids bounce from rose bush to rose bush insisting that THIS ONE is their favorite, nooo, THIS ONE is their new favorite.
If you haven't been to Manito this month, get there soon. The summer gardens will evolve into their fall beauty too soon.
